After designing cover art for her single, Loud, Poookieboo and I teamed up to create mock cover art for a project she was working on. She created an EP that included Loud. This led to the decision to follow the same cartoon style of the original artwork.
I included the same color scheme and main character, Poookieboo. This caricature of the musician is continued throughout the project, including her infamously long nails. I also designed icons to represent the topics covered in Poookieboo’s songs. It was important to us that we continue the hand-drawn aesthetic of the first cover art.
